Suzanne Riozzi

Suzanne has over 21 years’ experience within the legal profession. She started her journey with Chesterton House some 10 years ago moving to Woolley Beardsleys & Bosworth after the acquisition in 2017. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2020 working within the Residential Conveyancing Department.

Suzanne provides advice to residential property clients. Her experience includes buying and selling freehold and leasehold or unregistered properties. She also deals with new builds, remortgages and Transfers of Equity with a focus on client experience and service. She minimises what can be a stressful experience by explaining and simplifying each stage of the buying and selling process.
