Meetings

Where are meetings held?

Meetings are arranged according to your preferences and circumstances. You can meet at our office, or we can arrange an online meeting, a home visit, or a combination of both.

What do I need to bring to the first appointment?

We will talk you through what you need to bring along, as each meeting will be unique. One requirement for all clients is evidence of identity. If you’re not sure whether you have the correct identification, please call us and we will talk you through it.

How can I book a meeting?

You can call our helpful reception team on 01509 212266 to arrange your meeting or email services@woolleybees.co.uk, or contact us through the form at the bottom of this page.

Visiting the office

Do you have parking?

We have a limited amount of on-site parking; please call our reception team, and they will reserve a space if they can. There is street parking available in Rectory Place (LE11 1UW) for up to two hours, as well as several local car parks. The nearest one is in The Rushes (LE11 5BG), which is less than 100 metres from our offices.

Do you have access for people with impaired mobility?

Yes. We have ground-floor offices and access to bathroom facilities. Please let us know in advance so that we can book your meeting room and have our ramp ready.

Can you help me if I have a visual or hearing impairment?

We may be able to help if you have a visual or hearing impairment. Please contact us to discuss how we can best support you.
